BACKSTREET BOY, OH BOY! Popular Boy — and breakout solo performer — blondie Nick Carter has been spotted in Edwardsville the past couple of weeks. The singer is reportedly dating a local girl with the first name of Julie who went to college in California. He’s been seen at Shenanigan’s, a local pub, and at the Bread Co. Young ladies around E- and B-ville are all atwitter with reports of the 411 on Carter. Carter, who was included in People magazine’s list of the 50 Most Beautiful People in 2000, will be 27 on Jan. 28. His list of former gal pals includes Paris Hilton.
