Kim Martin, a friend of Nick Carter of the Backstreet Boys posted a blog with pictures and a little blurb on Nick. Here are the pictures and the words from Kim.

I just recently got back from Nashville, TN where I hung out with my favorite backstreet boy, Nick. : ) I had the greatest time of my life and I realized how “out of reality” my life really is. Sure, it’s great- I get to travel constantly, I live in a city that never sleeps, and I always have nice things. Well, Nashville is amazing. It’s absolutely gorgeous and it’s a REAL life and I could completely see myself living there. The people are so nice, it’s so green, and I’m sure being there with Nick made things a little bit better as well.

Anyway, this week I will actually be home! But not for long… I leave for North Carolina for my grandpa’s 80th birthday Sunday and I will be going from North Carolina straight to New York. I will be gone from August 3-15th… I’m excited to see my family and hang out with them as well. Then I will be meeting the Backstreet Boys on tour for a bit on the East coast immediately after… and THANK GOD they are done touring after the first week of September and then Nick and I are going on a road trip together… He wants to see a ghost town and I want to go sailing… so we are going to do all of the above! : ) Should be fun.

Last month a thirty-ish guy with a little goatee and a cross tattoo got on a giant stage before 65,000 fans in Tokyo, Japan, and sang some songs from his latest album. They were songs about how much he loves Jesus, and how much God loves people unconditionally. Little were some in the audience expecting this - especially from a Backstreet Boy! Thanks to Emilia for the info. With the US leg a few things have changed It started the 29th, Yesterday, in St. John’s, NF Canada.

In the show last night Nick no longer does his drum solo and just sings I Got You for his solo. He doesn’t do a medly anymore of Blow Your Mind and I Got You. The set list is the same as before just that bit of change they did by cutting Nick’s solo out and removing BYM.
